The Essex Treasurer/Collector reminds citizens that Fiscal Year 2010 Real Estate and Personal Property bills were mailed September 30, 2009. Second quarter bills are due by November 2, 2009.
Payments must be received, not post marked by the due date to avoid interest and penalties.
