Officer Zwicker was appointed as a Reserve Patrolman on June 4th, 2007. He has been dispatching for the Town of Essex since August of 2005. Justin is currently completing his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. He will be attending Salem State College this fall to complete his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.
