Officer Gilardi has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and has been a Police Officer for 22 years. He started his career with the Rockport Police Department and and has been with the Essex Police Department for the past 14 years. Rob has been the Essex Prosecutor since 1993, and in that capacity he has been the departments liaison to the Gloucester District Court. In addition to being the Court Prosecutor, he serves as the liaison to the community's senior citizens. He is often called upon in public relations matters, including attending various civic meetings with community leaders. Rob has been the President of the Patrolmen's Association for the last 10 years.
